We stayed at this charming family-run hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location, surrounded by vineyards and fields, was perfect for birdwatching and leisurely walks. The house and our room were impeccably clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to have fresh eggs from their own chickens for breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The place is calm and beautiful, with amazing views of the vineyards. The house had everything I needed and the facilities were top-notch. The pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The owners, Patrícia and Diogo, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The breakfast provided was superb, with plenty of fresh and tasty food to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing great service. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent.

The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, with excellent service from friendly staff. The breakfast is superb, offering a variety of options. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as a swimming pool, bicycles, and a library.

The hotel is quite far from any amenities, requiring a journey along an unmade road to reach the nearest village.

The hosts were fantastic and the quality of furnishings was top-notch. The swimming pool was a great bonus for the kids. Although there were no evening meals, the owners happily made us sandwiches and coffee. The complimentary bottle of wine was a pleasant surprise. The bar snacks were substantial and delicious. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this place, as long as you don't mind being away from the city lights. Cash payment is required.

We stayed for three nights at Fontes Barbaras Enoturismo Villa and had a great time! The staff is amazing, always doing their best to accommodate all needs. The accommodation is new, tidy, and clean, with everything working nicely. The farm stay offers a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the nature and Alentejan landscape. The access road, although not asphalted for about 2km, is in very good condition and provides a secluded and peaceful environment away from annoying traffic. The hospitality at Fontes Barbaras makes you feel like part of the family, enhancing the overall experience.

As adults, we loved the peaceful location surrounded by vineyards, perfect for walking and birdwatching. the indoor pool was a great addition, and the modern, clean rooms with ensuite bathrooms were very comfortable. Patricia and Anna provided excellent service, and the personal wine tour and tasting were a highlight. Snacks were available throughout the day, and the breakfast had a good selection, with the option of cooked eggs. the communal lounge area was cozy and convenient.

The free Wi-Fi here works well and they met all our needs; also, the Museu da Ruralidade is just a 5-minute drive away.
